Happy New Year fam!
Wishing you all a fantastic 2022.
Took only one Sunday off this time coz I couldn’t wait to get Pulse back to your inboxes. Here’s a bunch of things I’ve been doing during holidays:
On the last day of 2021, I finally minted and listed my first NFT on Foundation.
I started creating content in Persian/Farsi (my native language) focusing on Instagram a while back and double-downed on it during this holiday season — and it’s going pretty good. Next: a newsletter.
Worked on a few issues for Pulse paying subscribers, and I’m super excited about them…
i think i finally figured out what makes Pulse unique… more on that soon…

If you like Pulse, please consider supporting it by becoming a paid subscriber. It’s like buying me a coffee or two every month — depending on where you get your coffee!
And if you can’t, please share Pulse with a friend or two. Word of mouth is my oxygen.
Thank you! Oh, and by the way, did you know you can gift Pulse subscriptions? Well, you CAN!

Might as well quit
There’s always a reason not to start something, but starting it is the only way it’ll happen.
This short post on Seth Godin’s blog on the first day of 2022 is something I’d read every day.
There’s a better cause right around the corner. It might not work. You’ll never be able to keep all the promises. It can’t last forever. We’re all going to die. It’s not perfect. Someone might steal your idea. There will be critics. You’re not ready. Someone else is going to do it. It’s not that important. It might not work.
On the other hand…
Now is better than later, and perfect is an illusion.
Act as if. Simply begin. Make things better by making better things. You can always improve it later.

Elon Musk on Lex Fridman Podcast
I think Elon’s one of the most interesting entrepreneurs of our time, and Lex is a great interviewer…
One thing I enjoyed about Elon Musk during this interview is his pauses… The fact that he thinks and then answers questions is something we need more of among “experts,”
listen to it on Spotify, Apple Podcasts or Google Podcasts.
